You can find out how to register with a GP on the NHS website or use our guide. In order to register you will need to share your name, address, date of birth and medical card (if you have one).
It is important to register with a doctor whilst you study at City so you can access medical care if you need it. Please note there is no University Doctor at the Student Health Service.
As you can only be registered with one GP, you should find a GP near you. We recommend you choose a doctor within walking distance and phone the clinic to confirm they can take you on as a patient. It is also useful to check their opening times, services and reviews.
